Hello,

We are planning to upgrade Plesk to version 17.8 (latest) on 17th May 2018 at 0005AM – 0500AM CEST (GMT +2). We expect during this period there will be some downtime as always we will try keep this minimal as possible.

We will also add the IPv6 Address of 2a0b:f380:0:1:6::10 to the server. You will need to adjust your SPF records to show this change by adding:

ip6:2a0b:f380:0:1::/64

The current recommended SPF for Plesk is:

v=spf1 mx a ip4:185.189.180.0/24 ip6:2a0b:f380:0:1::/64 a:mail.lnxsvr.eu -all

We recommend that everyone makes this change else your email may be marked as spam. This has been applied to the Plesk default template since our last DNS changes (When moving Datacenter).

IPV6 Enabled Websites:

We will not be adding any AAAA records for websites as we cannot confirm that each website is fully compatible with IPv6 (This can depend on plugins etc). We recommend that the owner for each website complete their own tests to ensure that it is compatible.

Here are some websites which can use to make sure your website is working (These links are not hosted by us and are subject to change by the provider):
